Administrative Assistant/Executive Secretaries perform routine
clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence,
scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files,
providing information to customers, conducting research, and preparing
reports. Strong computer and customer
service skills are required.

Today's administrative assistants have increasing responsibilities and are often called upon to train staff and deliver professional presentations. This module will help students develop skills to both prepare and deliver powerful presentations through PowerPoint and public speaking instruction.
