Mr. Taylor is a BASF and I-CAR certified, 20-year veteran of the collision repair industry. He holds an Associate's Degree in Occupational Studies from Washtenaw Community College, and a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University's College of Business.

Mr. Smith has 30+ years of experience in the automotive collision industry working in parts, estimating, and shop manager positions, and has developed many good relationships with area shop owners and employees over those years. Mr. Smith is also I-CAR and State of Michigan certified in collision repair.
