Successful completion of IED and POE at local school, if they offer these foundation courses.

If the school does not offer IED and POE, should have other attributes below:

• Strong Math skills: Algebra
• Strong Science skills: interest in physics concepts
• Able to think creatively, outside the box, problem solving skills using logic
• Interest in computer simulation, robotics, engineering, manufacturing and architecture
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team
