"Dig Up a Good Book" - a FREE Family Event during Jackson County Museum Day!

Jackson Reads! "Dig Up a Good Book" is brought to you by the Jackson County Intermediate School District, Early On Michigan, Great Start Collaborative of Jackson County, Ella Sharp Museum, the Jackson District Library, and the Jackson YMCA. 

The free community event will take place on Saturday, May 13, 10am - 4pm, in partnership with Jackson County Museum Day at Ella Sharp Museum, located at 3225 4th Street in Jackson. 

The event will include a massive book giveaway for infants through eighth grade, meet and greets with amazing authors, and fun STEM and science activities for the whole family! Ella Sharp will open its farmhouse and planetarium for tours and shows, the Library's Bookmobile will be on-site to sign people up for library cards, and so much more!
