JCISD Central Campus is a new special education facility that will centralize programming for 0-26-year-old students. This unique “student neighborhood” school (formerly Frost Elementary) will allow for geographical consolidation of many center-based classrooms spread across the county, as well as free up needed space for student programming and staff collaboration at the Lyle A. Torrant and Kit Young Centers on our North Campus.
