District Improvement Teams
During these quarterly meetings,  teams will work on communication with stakeholders, monitoring and adjusting the plan(s), and/or creating a new goal for the next year.  We will also provide MDE updates.

Data Coach/Coordinator
We ask districts to designate a person for this role.  During these meetings, the person(s) responsible for district data will meet to collect (plan to collect), assemble, and prepare data for district team meetings. Lunch provided.
