The process is easy.  Instructions and a sample of the online work order request are attached.  You can access the JCISD Maintenance and Custodial work order webpage directly using the following link:

You can also use the generic SchoolDude website for entering work order requests at www.myschoolbuilding.com and from this website you will need to enter our district’s account number, which is 1047603712. 

These links are also included and both are active in the attached instructions.  The first time you enter the system using either of these websites, there are a few quick set-up steps for new users.  Once you are set-up, the system will remember you for future work order submissions.  The electronic work order request is simple and easy to fill out, but you will need to remember that the required submittal password for step 6 in the process is JCISD.
