Private Rental

Camp McGregor is open for private rental based on availability, school events take priority. The facilities are ideal for church outings, family gatherings, graduation parties, weddings, company meetings or picnics, and any group seeking lakefront privacy. The camp is available for day or overnight use. Once you reserve the camp, your group will enjoy exclusive use of the property. Please note that because Camp McGregor is owned by the Jackson County Intermediate School District, alcohol or tobacco use is not permitted on the property. Sorry, no pets are allowed. 

The Lodge

The camp lodge offers complete commercial kitchen and banquet facilities with seating for up to 80.  The facility includes all equipment necessary for meal preparation. There is a large fireplace and firewood is provided.  The lodge also includes a separate break-out room for meetings.  In addition, we can provide Internet access. podium, and a dry-erase board, all at no additional charge.

The Cabins

The six cabins are comfortable and functional and sleep up to 85 guests.  The cabins have heating and electricity. A separate shower house is central to all cabins providing ample shower and restroom facilities. A staff building is available with private sleeping, shower and restroom accommodations for up to five people. 

The Grounds

Located on the lakefront, the grounds offer a large seated picnic pavilion, a private swimming area with dock, and a large fire pit with tiered benches. A DNR boat launch is located near the property.  Use of the swimming area requires lifeguard supervision.

Nature & Wildlife

There is never a shortage of wildlife on the 85-acres.  With over one mile of groomed trails, you may see numerous species of animals, birds and reptiles.  Please contact us at (517) 262-8409 to arrange for a personal tour.
