Adult Education Partnership with Michigan Works! Southeast

  • Adult Education

  • The College & Career Access Center, in partnership with South Michigan Works! Southeast began a collaboration in 2015; establishing their Adult Education training program. The new curriculum takes an individualized approach. After an initial assessment, students begin coursework that develops skills at their own pace toward their own particular goals. The program offers a variety of services: GED - ESL Support - High School Diploma - Adult Basic Education. All of these services are offered to our clients at no cost. Whether seeking placement into future courses, improving ASVAB scores, or simply achieving personal growth, students are better prepared to take their first steps toward post-secondary success.

In response to the covid-19 pandemic, Michigan Works! Southeast is running all classes virtually and has no immediate plan to resume in-person sessions. Students will need a laptop or desktop computer in order to study with us.
