The Kit Young Center is located at 1185 W. Parnall Road, on the Torrant Center campus and has three contained classrooms primarily for Moderately Cognitively Impaired (MoCI) students and one classroom for multiple impairments. There are a total of 45 students attending the program. The purpose of this program is to provide community education, mobility, pre-vocational and vocational training in various actual real life settings resulting in successful community utilization and development of skills of community independence.
