Call Logging Process
When leaving a message, please provide the following pieces of information:
- Your name
- Your school district
- Your building
- Your room number
- Your telephone number with extension
- A short description of the problem or ticket number if it has already been logged for service
What Happens Next?
Your call will be entered in to the JCISD Tracking System and dispatched to an ISD technician.
Please, no calls for home computer repairs or fixes.
