Field Services

The JCISD Field Services Team supports and maintains local K-12 technology systems throughout Jackson and Hillsdale counties. Field services are essential for K-12 classrooms that require rapid, expert assistance to minimize downtime and keep their classroom technology running smoothly.

Daily Support

Onsite Technology Coordinator and IT Technician(s) provide day to day operational management including planning, purchasing, and day-to-day service tasks.

Hardware Troubleshooting & Repair

Fixing or replacing malfunctioning components like computers, iPads, Chromebooks, and other classroom peripherals. 

Software Troubleshooting

Diagnosing and resolving issues with software applications, operating systems, or educational platforms.

Inventory Management

Tracking, managing, and optimizing technology assets, including hardware and software, to ensure access and compliance.

On-site Support

Providing hands-on assistance in classrooms for installations, updates, and emergency repairs.
