New Technology Service Desk Ticket System goes live Monday, February 17, 2025

We are excited to announce a new and improved service desk system will be in place for submitting your Support Tickets. This new site, powered by Team Dynamics (TDX), has a more modern look and feel, and meets today's increased security requirements. 

How to submit a request:

  • Go to https://support.jcisd.org and click Technology Services.
  • Log in with your district Google Account. Google Single Sign-On (SSO) is available for Chrome users.
  • Select the appropriate issue category, choose the specific service, and submit your request.

Submit a Service Desk Ticket

Please, no calls for repairs or fixes for home computers or personal devices.

Call Logging Process

When leaving a message, please leave the following:

  • Your name
  • Your school district, buildingroom number
  • Your telephone number with extension
  • A brief description of the problem or ticket number if it has already been logged for service

What Happens Next?
Your call will be entered in to the JCISD Tracking System and dispatched to an ISD technician.
