Camp McYack 2024 is Full and Registration is now closed. Thank you for your interest in Camp McYack. Next year's registration will open up in January of 2025 .

Jackson County ISD's Camp McYack  

This unique camp is available for children who use an augmentative device to communicate. Parents have the opportunity to meet with other parents to discuss concerns in a supportive environment. In addition, the campers will have an opportunity to have a camp-like experience with others that use AAC devices. Parent surveys indicate an overwhelmingly positive experience with the service and support provided by Camp McYack. This camp is funded by the JCISD, and donations from local companies such as Krupa's Boat Mart and Premiere Sports to name a few.
